Last month, we took Lambeth’s new Director of Housing and our Cabinet Member for Housing Cllr Paul Gadsby to visit estates in Ferndale. This was an opportunity to highlight concerns from residents around anti-social behaviour, waste collection and maintenance.

As a result of this, residents and councillors are now working closely with Lambeth on the Edmundsbury Estate, a broken lift on the Solon Estate has been replaced and we are trying to establish a Tenants and Residents Association on the Bowlands Estate.
